We are permitted by law to share information about our experiences and transactions with you (such as your payment and claims history and the types of insurance coverages you purchase from us) within our corporate family, which includes such entities as insurance companies, banks and finance companies. Unless you tell us not to, we also may share information which does not relate solely to our experiences and transactions with you ("nonexperience information") within our corporate family. Nonexperience information includes information we obtain from your application (such as your date of birth, the types of vehicles you own, or the value of your home), information we obtain from a consumer report (such as your insurance score or credit history), information we obtain to verify representations made by you (such as motor vehicle reports and your prior loss history with other insurers) and information we obtain from a third party regarding that party’s employment, credit or other relationship with you (such as your employment history). Please understand that if you choose this option, we may not be able to inform you of products or services that may be of particular interest to you, and in certain cases your transactions with us may be delayed.

If one party to a joint policy account or other relationship with us directs us not to share nonexperience information within our corporate family, we will treat that direction as applying to all parties to the joint policy, account or other relationship.

We will also adhere to any State privacy law requirements not addressed herein.


Information Security

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and outside service providers who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable federal and state regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to gather data about activity on our website. This data is collected in aggregate only and not by individual user.
